APPOINTMENT
The Den Bengaluru has announced the appointment of Priyanka Majumder as the new Front Office Manager.
Priyanka holds over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry with a track record of leading guest services, team development, and front office operations.
She has held key positions at renowned hospitality brands, including Grand Mercure, Pride Hotels, Holiday Inn Express, Hyatt, Novotel, and The Lalit. Most recently, she served as the Learning & Development Manager at Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall.
In her new role, Priyanka will be responsible for streamlining front office operations, driving team engagement, and curating elevated guest experiences.
