APPOINTMENT
Sayaji Hotel Pune has announced the appointment of Pradeep Shinde as the new Operations Manager.
Pradeep holds over 15 years of cross-functional experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with renowned hospitality brands.
Most recently, he served as the Executive Assistant Manager at Lemon Tree Premier, Mumbai International Airport, where he oversaw hotel operations across departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security.
In his new role as Operations Manager at Sayaji Hotel Pune, Pradeep will lead strategic operations, team development, and guest experience enhancements. He has expertise in driving service innovation, streamlining processes, and delivering P&L outcomes.
