Capstone Asset Announces PEYLAA Phuket, Autograph Collection Residences

Capstone Asset has announced PEYLAA Phuket, Autograph Collection Residences, a branded residential development scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2027. The project will introduce 408 residences in Phuket’s Bangtao Beach area and marks the arrival of the Autograph Collection Residences concept in the Asia Pacific region.

Located around 1.9 kilometres from Bangtao Beach on Phuket’s west coast, the development forms part of a mixed-use project that will also include an Autograph Collection hotel. The residences are being developed in collaboration with Marriott International, combining branded residential living with hospitality services.

Residences designed for contemporary living

PEYLAA Phuket will include 408 units with one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts ranging from approximately 45 to 129 square metres. The residences feature modern tropical interiors that bring natural light into the living spaces while maintaining a connection to the surrounding landscape.

Each residence will include floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies overlooking landscaped gardens and pools, and living areas designed for both comfort and everyday use. Interiors will feature extended seating areas, kitchen amenities, smart televisions, and integrated technology, including USB ports, digital security systems, and master switch controls.

Bathrooms are planned with walk-in showers and deep soaking bathtubs, while bedrooms are designed to offer privacy and a quiet living environment.

Amenities within a landscaped setting

The development will include landscaped gardens, swimming pools, shaded cabanas and relaxation areas. Residents will also have access to dining and wellness facilities connected to the adjoining Autograph Collection hotel.

The project is located close to several amenities across Phuket. Four international schools are within a 20-kilometre radius, while two hospitals are located less than eight kilometres away. Retail centres, golf courses, sports facilities and beach clubs are also nearby.

Phuket International Airport is approximately 17 kilometres from the development, offering convenient access for international visitors and residents.

Owner benefits and hospitality services

Eligible owners will have access to ONVIA, Marriott International’s owner recognition platform. The programme includes concierge services, owner events, hospitality benefits and recognition across Marriott’s global network.

Owners may also receive Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite status, providing additional privileges within the Marriott ecosystem.

Titiwat Kuvijitsuwan, Chief Executive Officer of Capstone Asset, said the project is designed as a residential community focused on lifestyle and connection.

“PEYLAA Phuket is designed as a social sanctuary where residents can live comfortably while staying connected to their surroundings. Supported by Marriott International’s management standards, the development brings branded residential living to Phuket while creating a community environment for residents,” he said.

Autograph Collection expansion

Marriott International continues to expand its branded residential portfolio through projects such as PEYLAA Phuket. The Autograph Collection portfolio currently includes independent hotels and resorts located in destinations around the world.

Construction of PEYLAA Phuket is currently underway, with completion expected in late 2027. Prices for the residences start from approximately THB 7.2 million (around USD 220,000).

The adjacent Autograph Collection resort is expected to open in 2030.
