IHCL and Taj Recognized at PATWA International Travel Awards 2026
Taj Hotels, the hospitality brand of Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), has received the ‘Best Hotels – Service Excellence’ award at the PATWA International Travel Awards 2026, held during ITB Berlin 2026.
The recognition highlights Taj’s continued focus on service standards within the hospitality sector. The awards ceremony took place as part of the global travel event in Berlin, which brings together tourism organizations, hospitality companies and industry professionals from around the world.
In addition to the brand recognition, several senior leaders from IHCL were also acknowledged at the awards. Parveen Chander Kumar, Gaurav Pokhariyal, and Satyajeet Krishnan received the ‘Individual Excellence in Hospitality’ award for their contributions to the industry.
The PATWA International Travel Awards are organised by the Pacific Area Travel Writers Association (PATWA). The awards recognise governments, tourism boards, hospitality companies, organisations and individuals for their work in the travel and tourism sector.
The recognition reflects IHCL’s ongoing role in the hospitality industry through its hotel operations, service initiatives and leadership within the sector.
