Sopne Sopne has 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is an expert in kitchen management, menu curation, and guest satisfaction. He joins Sayaji after being a head chef at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. He has also worked with big names like Sayaji hotel and Marigold Banquets & Conventions. Talking about his new role and the new adventures that are coming his way, Yashwant S.
