Courtyard by Marriott Chennai has appointed Tushar Nagar as the new General Manager. Tushar’s distinguished career features several key positions throughout the hospitality industry, including notable tenures at Park Hyatt and Marriott International. His career trajectory demonstrates remarkable growth: he began as an Assistant Outlet Manager at Park Hyatt, advanced to Outlet Manager, and later took on significant leadership roles such as Food & Beverage Manager at The Westin Pune, Cluster F&B Manager for Courtyard and Fairfield Bengaluru, and finally Hotel Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Rajajinagar, underscoring his exceptional leadership capabilities.

Tushar is known for his innovative approaches and strong leadership, which have consistently driven success in every role he has held. As the inaugural General Manager of Courtyard Shillong, he leveraged his vision and operational expertise to facilitate the hotel’s notable success, setting a precedent for future operations.
