OPO Hotels Expands into Maharashtra with OPO Essential Nandini

OPO Hotels Strengthens Maharashtra Presence with Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Signing

OPO Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of OPO Essential Nandini, marking the company’s entry into Maharashtra as part of its expansion across business and lifestyle destinations in India.

Located on Beed Bypass Road in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, the property will operate under a management agreement finalized on 27 April 2026. The hotel is expected to open within the next 60 days.

OPO Essential Nandini has been designed to cater to business travellers, transit guests, leisure visitors and social events. The property will feature 30 guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant with 40 covers, a 30-cover bar, a boardroom and a banquet hall with capacity for up to 500 guests.

The hotel’s location on Beed Bypass Road provides access to industrial areas, transport hubs, business districts, and city landmarks. Positioned opposite Surya Lawns, the property is also expected to cater to weddings, corporate events and social gatherings.

The addition of OPO Essential Nandini further strengthens the brand’s presence in business, transit and lifestyle-driven destinations while supporting its broader growth plans in the Indian hospitality sector.
