Choice Hotels International Appoints Kriss Siess Simpson as Global Sales Manager – Sports Accounts

Choice Hotels International has appointed Kriss Siess Simpson as Global Sales Manager – Sports Accounts. Based in Denver, Colorado, she joins the company’s Global Sales, Sports & Entertainment team, focusing on the sports travel segment.

Kriss brings over 15 years of experience across hospitality, sales, and business development. She most recently served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Hilton Fort Collins. Prior to that, she was Lodging Director at Triple Crown Sports, where she managed lodging partnerships for large-scale sporting events.

Her earlier roles include Area Director of Sales and Marketing at Residence Inn by Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott, as well as leadership positions at vNacelle Consulting and Biz Multiplier, where she worked on strategic planning, organisational development, and business growth initiatives. She also served as Director of Market Development at Universal Communications.

Earlier in her career, Kriss held a sales leadership role at Marriott International, focusing on market strategy, sales growth, and customer engagement. She began her professional journey with roles at BellSouth and NBC News.

In her new role, she will work with sports teams, event organisers, and travel planners to support accommodation partnerships across Choice Hotels’ portfolio.
