Novotel Vijayawada Varun Promotes Mohammed Akhil to Operations Manager

Novotel Vijayawada Varun has promoted Mohammed Akhil to the role of Operations Manager.

Akhil has been associated with the hotel for several years and most recently served as Director of Sales & Marketing for over three years. During his tenure, he contributed to revenue growth, strengthened market positioning, and developed strategic partnerships. He was also part of the hotel’s pre-opening team.

With over 19 years of experience in hospitality, he brings expertise across operations, sales, and marketing, along with experience working with established hotel brands and exposure to operational and quality training.

In his new role, Mohammed Akhil will oversee daily hotel operations with a focus on operational efficiency, compliance, and guest satisfaction. His responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, improving workflows, monitoring budgets, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
