Novotel Mumbai Airport Appoints New Director of Talent & Culture

Novotel Mumbai International Airport has announced the appointment of Tejas Chandpure as director of Talent and Culture.

Tejas brings with him a wealth of experience in human resources, particularly in talent management and employee relations, having successfully led HR operations for various prestigious brands. In his new position, Tejas’s key responsibilities will include aligning the HR strategy with the overall business goals and contributing to the property’s long-term success. Coming with over 14 years of experience, Tejas has aced pre-opening procedures and leadership development. He will also look towards crafting and executing programs aimed at improving employee satisfaction, performance appraisal, and induction of new staff along with handling compensation and benefits. Previously he also overlooked recruitment for new projects and campus drives.

Tejas holds a Post-Graduation in Business Administration – HR from Symbiosis University, Pune, and a Bachelor of Management Studies from Mumbai University.
