Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences has announced the appointment of Ajaya Kumar Nath as its new Director of Finance.

With more than two decades of experience across hospitality and multinational organizations, Ajaya brings extensive expertise in financial stewardship, business planning, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Prior to joining Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, Ajaya held leadership roles with renowned organizations including Johnson & Johnson, Dalmia Resorts International, Club Mahindra, Radisson Hotels, Atalian Global Services, and Marriott International.

Ajaya holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Accounting and an MBA in Finance, along with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accounting from Utkal University.

In his new role, Ajaya will oversee the property’s fiscal strategy and performance, with a focus on optimizing profitability, managing risk, and ensuring effective compliance practices aligned with the hotel’s business objectives.
