Delta Expands LAX Network with New Florida Routes and Increased Capacity
Winter Schedule Adds Flights, Seats and New Connections from Los Angeles
Delta Air Lines is expanding its operations at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) with an updated winter 2026 schedule, adding more flights and seats on routes to Florida.
The airline will operate 12 daily departures between LAX and Florida, offering 2,328 seats on peak days. The update includes new and expanded services across key leisure routes.
New nonstop service to Palm Beach International Airport will begin on 20 November 2026. Services to Tampa will increase to three daily flights year-round from 9 November, while flights to Orlando will rise to five daily departures starting 20 November.
All services on these routes will be operated using Airbus A321neo aircraft, equipped with onboard Wi-Fi for SkyMiles members.

Delta is also expanding its broader network from LAX. The airline will introduce daily nonstop flights to Hong Kong from 6 June 2026 and increase service to Chicago O’Hare to three daily flights from 7 June.
From LAX, Delta currently operates 166 peak-day departures to 61 destinations, including 20 international routes in partnership with other airlines. The network also includes connections to major US cities such as New York, Boston, Atlanta and Washington, D.C.
The expanded schedule reflects continued demand on both domestic and international routes, with LAX remaining a key hub in Delta’s network.
