Sarovar Hotels has announced the promotion of Mielle Batliwala to the role of Vice President – Human Resources, marking a strategic internal leadership change.
Mielle Batliwala has been promoted to the role of Vice President- Human Resources. She has been associated with Sarovar Hotels for the past two years.
During her tenure, Mielle has led key human resources function across the organisation which includes improving internal processes, enhancing service delivery standards, and building a structured and people-oriented HR framework.
One of the main areas of focus under her leadership has been the introduction of automation and digitisation within human resources and learning and development. These initiatives have improved transparency, strengthened compliance, and increased operational efficiency.
