Air France Introduces New La Première Menus for Winter 2025

This winter, Air France is upgrading its La Première cabin service by introducing new menus crafted by renowned French chefs Anne-Sophie Pic and Claire Heitzler on flights departing from Paris. This collaboration celebrates ten years of culinary partnership with Anne-Sophie Pic, while Claire Heitzler brings a fresh selection of desserts to the offerings.

Menus by Anne-Sophie Pic

Since November 2025, Anne-Sophie Pic has introduced new dishes explicitly designed for La Première guests departing from Paris. The collaboration reflects a decade of partnership between the chef and Air France.

Working with Servair’s Culinary Studio, Anne-Sophie Pic has developed more than thirty dishes, including starters and main courses for both meal services. The menu includes seasonal à la carte options featuring vegetarian dishes as well as selections based on fish, red meat, or poultry. Examples include roast parsnips with honey, walnuts, dill and Madras curry, and roast chicken with mushroom sauce, corn and grilled polenta.

Anne-Sophie Pic said: “After ten years of working with Air France, I wanted to create new dishes for La Première guests that highlight French regional produce and incorporate international influences.”

Desserts by Claire Heitzler

Air France continues its partnership with Claire Heitzler, recognized by Gault & Millau in 2013. For departures from Paris, she has designed desserts that feature seasonal ingredients and French-sourced ingredients.

“As part of this project, I created desserts that balance flavour, regional produce and a sense of discovery,” said the chef.

Eight desserts will be introduced over the coming months, including apricot-and-almond mousse tartlets and a Guanaja dark chocolate cake with a warm fondant centre.

New Ice Creams by Philippe Faur

La Première guests will also be able to enjoy a new range of traditional ice creams created by master ice cream maker Philippe Faur. The selection includes “Caribbean chocolate” and “Parisian vanilla” ice creams, as well as a raspberry fruit sorbet. These offerings will be available from 4 December 2025 on flights departing from Paris and Abidjan.

La Première Routes This Winter

The La Première cabin will be available this winter on flights from Paris-Charles de Gaulle to:
Abidjan, Dubai, Los Angeles, Miami, New York-JFK, San Francisco, Washington-DC, São Paulo, Singapore, Tel Aviv and Tokyo-Haneda.
