APPOINTMENT
Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel has announced the appointment of Pramod Chougale as its new Executive Chef.

Pramod brings over 15 years of culinary experience across renowned hotels including Marriott, Four Points by Sheraton, Ahmedabad, The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa, Kochi Marriott Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Hinjewadi and JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu.
He most recently served as Executive Chef at Courtyard by Marriott, Tiruchirappalli, where he led all culinary and food & beverage operations, spearheaded menu innovation, seasonal promotions, and large-scale events.
Chef Pramod holds extensive expertise in operational leadership, multi-outlet kitchen management, modern culinary techniques, sustainability initiatives, and high-volume hospitality operations.

In his new role as Executive Chef, Chef Pramod will oversee all culinary and food & beverage operations, with a focus on menu innovation, talent development, sustainability, and elevated guest experiences.
