New Director of People & Culture Appointed at Golden Palm Tree Malaysia

APPOINTMENT

Wahidah Bahudin has been appointed as the new Director of People & Culture at Golden Palm Tree Malaysia.

She brings over 26 years of extensive experience in hospitality human resource management. In her new role, she will spearhead the complete HR functions for the resort, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Throughout her career, Wahidah has held leadership roles across several well-known hotels in Malaysia, including Wyndham Acmar Klang, Movenpick Hotel & Spa, Thistle Port Dickson, Avillion Admiral Cove, and Ancasa Hotels. Her professional journey reflects expertise in people management and organisational development across the hospitality sector.
