Moscow to Host Meet Global MICE Congress 2025
Moscow will host the Meet Global MICE Congress 2025 on December 17–18 at the World Trade Center. Now in its third year, the event will bring together MICE planners, industry professionals, and speakers from Russia, BRICS nations, and the Global South to exchange ideas, collaborate, and discuss emerging trends.
The Congress will feature more than 15 business sessions under the theme “Unity through Open Diversity: New Opportunities for Global Growth.”

Day One will focus on cooperation between government and business, including intergovernmental projects relevant to the MICE sector. Day Two will cover topics such as global trends, analytics, destination marketing, incentive travel, business strategies, and new technologies.

The event will provide a platform for engagement with professionals from India, China, Southeast Asia, Africa, Latin America, the CIS, and Russia. More than 3,200 pre-scheduled appointments are planned in the expo zone, where exhibitors will showcase destinations and services from around the world.

The Congress builds on the previous year’s BRICS Edition, which drew participants from 17 countries. With the MICE industry identified as a focus area in Moscow’s tourism strategy, the city aims to increase business travel from 5 million to 8 million arrivals by 2030. Tourism revenues are projected to grow from 235 billion rubles in 2024 to 500 billion rubles by 2030, supporting further infrastructure and urban development.
