APPOINTMENT
Hyatt Place Candolim, Goa has announced the appointment of Sameer Ahamed as the new Assistant Front Office Manager (HOD).

Sameer holds almost seven years of experience in the hospitality sector, having worked across some of the leading names in the industry such as Marriott International, The Westin and Hyatt Centric.
He started his career as an intern at Marriott International and grew through the ranks in his professional journey as an Assistant Front Desk Manager.
Prior to his appointment, he most recently worked at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake as a Front Desk Manager.
In his new role as Assistant Front Office Manager and Head of Department, Sameer will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office to ensure smooth and efficient guest service. He will lead and support the front office team, manage scheduling and training, and ensure that service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
Sameer will also play a key role in coordinating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience, handling guest concerns promptly, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
As a Head of Department, he will contribute to departmental planning, budgeting, and performance reviews, while fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and teamwork within his team.
