Meliá Pattaya Hotel is introducing a varied culinary offering that highlights authenticity, local sourcing, and a thoughtful approach to dining. The resort offers a diverse range of cuisines, including Chinese, Nikkei, Thai coastal, and Mediterranean influences.
Yitong, a contemporary Chinese restaurant and sky bar, offers menus inspired by the culinary traditions of Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine. Dishes such as wood-smoked Peking Duck, Dim Sum selections, and Sichuan hot and sour seafood soup are served alongside cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages made with regional ingredients. The restaurant’s approach emphasizes fresh produce, local seafood, and gentle cooking techniques.
DEN presents Nikkei cuisine, combining Japanese technique with flavors from Latin America. Menu items include tiradito with yuzu and aji amarillo, miso-marinated cod paired with quinoa salad, and matcha tres leches.
Sanehh Sarae offers Thai dishes influenced by the coastal communities and spice-growing regions of Eastern Thailand. Signature items include green curry with river prawns, crispy soft-shell crab with chili jam, and tom yum seafood prepared with locally sourced catch.
Located near the shoreline, Lay Beach Club offers Mediterranean-inspired dishes, including oysters with shallot mignonette, seafood paella, burrata with heirloom tomatoes, and Sicilian-style cannoli. The drinks menu features cocktails and non-alcoholic options designed to complement the setting.
Meliá Pattaya has integrated sustainability practices across its food and beverage operations, including sourcing from local growers and fishers, focusing on plant-based options, and minimizing food waste wherever possible.
