Mandarin Oriental Announces New Residences in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi Residences to Expand Mandarin Oriental’s Regional Presence

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced the launch of Emirates Palace, Mandarin Oriental Mansions in Abu Dhabi, marking the Group’s latest standalone residential project in the Middle East. The development is expected to be handed over in 2029.

The project is owned by Emirates Palace Company (EPCO) and is being developed in partnership with LEAD Development. The residential collection will include 35 private mansions located within the grounds of Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental.

The hotel group will provide residential services for the project on behalf of the owner. Located along Abu Dhabi’s coastline, the mansions are being designed with a focus on privacy, open living spaces and sea views.

The architecture and interiors take inspiration from Abu Dhabi’s heritage and coastal surroundings, combining modern design with landscaped courtyards and gardens. Each residence is designed to offer a calm, private living environment.

Residents will have access to a range of facilities, including a lounge, tea library, meeting rooms, private dining areas and a beach club with cabanas, children’s spaces and leisure amenities. Services from Emirates Palace and Mandarin Oriental will also be available to residents.

H.E. Humaid Matar AlDhaheri, Board Member at EPCO, said the development reflects continued confidence in Abu Dhabi’s real estate sector and contributes to the city’s urban growth.

Mounir Haidar, Co-founder of LEAD Development, said the project has been planned to complement the architectural and cultural identity of the Emirates Palace and Abu Dhabi.
