ExpoInn Suites and Convention appoints Praveen Sharma as People & Culture Manager

ExpoInn Suites and Convention has announced the appointment of Praveen Sharma as People & Culture Manager.

Praveen brings over 13 years of experience in the hospitality sector, with a focus on human resource management, organisational processes, and employee engagement. His experience includes areas such as manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.

He has previously been associated with hospitality brands including Ramada by Wyndham Gurgaon Central, Radisson Hotels, Holiday Inn, ITC Hotels, and Hyatt Place Haridwar.

Prior to joining ExpoInn Suites and Convention, he was associated with Ramada by Wyndham Gurgaon Central between March 2022 and July 2025. He has also held HR roles at Country Inn & Suites Saket and Holiday Inn Panchkula, where he worked on HR operations and team management.

In his new role, Praveen will oversee human resource functions at the property, including employee engagement, HR operations, and organisational processes.

The management of ExpoInn Suites and Convention stated that his experience will support ongoing HR initiatives and team operations at the hotel.
