Novotel Ahmedabad appoints Prosenjit Biswas as Food & Beverage Manager

Novotel Ahmedabad has announced the appointment of Prosenjit Biswas as Food & Beverage Manager. The appointment is part of the hotel’s ongoing focus on strengthening its operational team.
Prosenjit brings over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with exposure to food and beverage operations, restaurant management, and guest service functions across upscale and luxury hotel environments. His career includes a range of operational and managerial roles with a focus on day-to-day service delivery and team coordination.
Prior to joining Novotel Ahmedabad, he was associated with Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre, where he was involved in managing food and beverage operations within a large-scale hospitality and events setup.
He has been associated with Accor for nearly a decade, during which he held roles including Outlets Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, and Food & Beverage Team Leader across properties in Bengaluru and Chennai. His responsibilities included overseeing outlet operations, coordinating service teams, and managing restaurant functions.
In addition, he has worked as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Radisson Blu Visakhapatnam, where he was involved in operational planning and execution of food and beverage services.
