LIME Resort Bohol Opens as Radisson Individuals Premier Property in Southeast Asia Pacific

Radisson Hotel Group has announced the opening of LIME Resort Bohol, marking the debut of Radisson Individuals Premier in Southeast Asia Pacific. The beachfront resort is located on Panglao Island, one of the Philippines’ key leisure destinations, and features 85 loft-style villas, multiple dining venues, and lagoon-style swimming pools.

LIME Resort Bohol blends contemporary design with locally inspired elements, reflecting Filipino culture and island living. The property is directly on the shoreline, providing guests with easy access to the beach and modern resort facilities.

Set steps away from the sea, the resort is designed to integrate indoor and outdoor living. Guests can access the beach directly from the property, while the villas offer a quiet retreat with architecture that combines clean lines with warm, island-inspired interiors.

Commenting on the opening, Quyen Le, General Manager of LIME Resort Bohol, said the resort aims to create meaningful connections with nature, the local community, and guests, while delivering a contemporary island-hospitality experience within the Radisson Individuals Premier portfolio.

The resort’s 85 villas feature private balconies or terraces overlooking gardens, pools, or the ocean. Interiors feature natural materials, locally influenced décor, and modern amenities, including rain showers, smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and minibars stocked with regional products. Selected villas include plunge pools or full glass frontage with extended sea views.

The resort offers three distinct dining venues:

  • Larder, an all-day restaurant serving Filipino and Southeast Asian dishes alongside international options, with a focus on local seafood and produce.

  • Bar Paloma, a poolside bar offering juices during the day and cocktails in the evening.

  • Sunset Lounge, serving grilled dishes, shared plates, and a selection of wines and cocktails, set against ocean views.

Guests have access to three lagoon-style swimming pools with surrounding loungers and food service from Bar Paloma. Spa and fitness facilities are planned for a later phase to expand the resort’s wellness offerings.

Sustainability forms a key part of the resort’s operations. Measures include solar panels, LED lighting, inverter air-conditioning systems, water-saving fixtures, and a Green Housekeeping Programme to reduce single-use plastics. Local sourcing and waste management practices support community engagement, in line with Radisson Hotel Group’s Responsible Business framework.

Future development plans include indoor and outdoor venues suitable for small meetings, private celebrations, and beachfront dining experiences, supported by modern audiovisual systems and connectivity.

From Panglao Island, guests can explore attractions including Hinagdanan Cave, the Chocolate Hills, the Loboc River, and Balicasag Island, as well as local markets and beaches throughout the Bohol region.
