Lemon Tree Hotels Signs 25th Property in Uttar Pradesh with New Najibabad Project

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a new hotel in Najibabad, Uttar Pradesh, marking its 25th property in the state. The company currently operates eight hotels across Uttar Pradesh, with 17 additional properties under development, including this latest signing.

The upcoming Lemon Tree Hotel, Najibabad, will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

The property will feature 100 rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, and a conference room. Recreational facilities are planned to include a fitness centre, swimming pool and spa, catering to both business and leisure travellers.

Commenting on the signing, Vilas Pawar, CEO – Managed & Franchise Business, Lemon Tree Hotels, said Najibabad’s location at the intersection of spiritual, leisure and transit travel makes it a suitable addition to the group’s portfolio. He added that the company remains focused on expanding its presence in Uttar Pradesh while offering consistent service standards across its properties.
