JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa Appoints Aditya Kulkarni as Senior Banquet Chef

JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Aditya Kulkarni as Senior Banquet Chef. The resort is part of Marriott International’s luxury portfolio.

Kulkarni brings over a decade of culinary experience across Europe, the Caribbean, India, and the United States. In his new role, he will oversee banquet culinary operations, supporting the resort’s meetings, events, and celebrations business.
He joins the property after serving as Sous Chef at JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort for four years. In that role, he was involved in managing large-scale culinary operations, supporting team development, and overseeing food production for both resort dining and event functions.

During his career, Kulkarni has worked across multiple hospitality properties, including Grand Cayman Marriott Resort and Little Cayman Beach Resort in the Cayman Islands, and The Gore Hotel in London. His experience includes menu development, kitchen operations, quality control, team management, and high-volume banquet execution.
In his current position at JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort, Kulkarni will be responsible for banquet culinary operations across meetings, weddings, and social events. His role includes overseeing menu planning, kitchen execution, quality standards, and team supervision.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Kulkarni’s interests include travel, pickleball, and cricket. He also engages in sharing Indian cuisine with family and friends.
