APPOINTMENT
Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa has announced the appointment of Jiya Nadkarni as Front Office Manager.

Her key responsibilities include implementing operational procedures, coordinating cross-departmental communication for seamless guest experiences, managing guest feedback and service recovery processes, and ensuring compliance with Hyatt’s quality and safety standards.
She will also be tasked with supervising VIP arrivals and departures, training front office staff, and enhancing team performance through structured development plans.
In addition, she will work to integrate elements of regional relevance into the property’s service design, supporting Hyatt’s focus on local engagement. This includes incorporating culturally informed touchpoints into guest interactions and ensuring the team is equipped to deliver service with attention to detail and consistency.
“Personalisation, to me, is where intention meets emotional awareness. It’s not about curated gestures or high-touch service for the sake of luxury. It’s about understanding the subtle ways people want to feel seen. When we start noticing what guests don’t articulate, when we remember not just their preferences but their pace, their comfort zones, their silences, that’s when hospitality becomes something lasting.”
