ITB India 2026 to Take Place from 1–3 September in Mumbai

ITB India has confirmed new dates for its 2026 edition, which will now be held from 1 to 3 September in Mumbai. The three-day B2B trade show and conference will take place at the Jio World Convention Centre.

The event will be held alongside MICE Show India and Travel Tech India, bringing together professionals from the MICE, leisure, corporate travel and travel technology sectors. The dates were previously scheduled for 2–4 September.

Organizers say the 2026 edition will continue focusing on building business connections within the Indian outbound travel market under the theme “Future of Travel, Built Together.”

Saurabh Shukla, Head of Sales at ITB India, said the event aims to support business engagement by connecting sellers with qualified buyers in a focused trade environment.

Industry Participation and Programme

ITB India 2026 is expected to host more than 100 exhibitors and over 3,000 participants from India and international markets. The event will also welcome more than 400 buyers from India and across South Asia, providing opportunities for meetings between exhibitors and travel industry professionals.

The ITB India Conference will feature over 80 speakers discussing industry developments and trends influencing travel and tourism. Conference sessions will cover topics related to tourism, business travel, events, and travel technology.

Exhibitor registration is currently open, with early registration rates available until 15 May 2026. Participating companies will have access to the exhibition area, conference sessions, and pre-scheduled meetings with selected buyers.

Buyer registration is also open for professionals from the MICE, corporate travel and leisure travel sectors interested in participating through the Hosted Buyers’ Programme.
