The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) welcomes golf lovers and travellers to participate in the exclusive “Surat Thani Green Fee with Meaning” promotion from January 15 to May 31, 2025. This initiative blends golf with sustainable tourism in Surat Thani’s scenery.

In partnership with Ratchaprapa Dam Golf Course and the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand, this campaign offers a 50% discount on Green Fees for the first 600 golfers on weekdays and weekends. Although caddy and golf cart fees are not included, this offer presents a rare chance to play golf in the peaceful environment of Ratchaprapa Dam, located within Khao Sok National Park.

Ms. Mantana Bhuthorarak, Director of TAT Surat Thani Office, said: “This campaign positions Surat Thani as a destination for golfers while supporting sustainable tourism. Visitors can immerse themselves in the area’s stunning landscapes and rich culture while contributing to the local economy. It’s more than just a round of golf – an inspiring journey creating meaningful connections.”

Tourists can make the most of their visit by taking a boat from Cheow Lan pier to see sites like Khao Sam Kloe, Pra Kie Phet Cave, Tham Thalu, and peaceful floating lodgings.
