Lemon Tree Hotels Limited Signs New Property in Pavagadh, Gujarat

Lemon Tree Hotels announced its latest signing—Lemon Tree Hotel, Valsad, Gujarat. The property, managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, is expected to open in FY 2029.

Valsad, located in southern Gujarat, is celebrated for its industrial estates and cultural heritage. The district is primarily known for its agricultural significance, particularly as a centre for Alphonso mangoes. Key attractions include Tithal Beach, famous for its black sand and peaceful coastline, and the Udvada Zoroastrian fire temple, the oldest Parsi Agiyari, serving as a vital spiritual site. Additionally, the city is home to numerous temples, lush greenery, and serene environments that showcase its historical and natural beauty. Valsad has excellent rail and road connections to major cities such as Mumbai, Surat, and Ahmedabad, solidifying its status as a key commercial and cultural centre in Gujarat.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Valsad, Gujarat, will feature 46 rooms, two restaurants, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a spa, and other public areas. The nearest airport, Surat International Airport, is approximately 99 km from the property, while Valsad Railway Station is about 5 km away. The hotel is also well-connected by roadways for both public and private transport.
