Layan Life by Anantara Introduces Women-Focused Longevity Retreats in Phuket

Layan Life by Anantara has introduced a new collection of wellness retreats designed specifically for women. The programmes are hosted at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort in Phuket and are aimed at supporting women at different stages of life.

The retreats combine wellness diagnostics, nutrition guidance, physical activity and therapeutic treatments alongside traditional Thai healing practices. The programmes are designed to provide personalized wellness plans based on individual health needs and lifestyle goals.

The launch comes as more travellers are choosing experiences that focus on health, learning and personal wellbeing. Multi-generational travel among women — including mothers and daughters, sisters and friends — has also been increasing, with many seeking travel experiences that offer both relaxation and personal development.

According to Jennifer Sanvictores, the retreats were developed to reflect the changing wellness needs of women throughout different life stages.

Longevity for Life programme

At the centre of the new offering is the Longevity for Life retreat programme, which focuses on preventive health and long-term wellbeing. The programme combines medical assessments, functional nutrition planning, Thai Traditional Medicine, movement therapy and personalized wellness coaching.

The goal of the programme is to support healthy ageing, improve energy levels and help participants maintain physical and mental wellbeing over time.

Women’s specialty retreats

Under the Longevity for Life framework, Layan Life has introduced two dedicated retreats designed specifically for women.

Medically Guided Women’s Longevity Retreat (3 nights)

This retreat focuses on women experiencing midlife transitions such as perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause. The programme includes medical guidance and therapies designed to support hormonal balance, bone and muscle health, metabolic function, cardiovascular wellbeing and cognitive health.

Key areas addressed in the programme include hormonal health, mobility and strength, metabolic and heart health, and emotional wellbeing.

Holistic Women’s Wellness Retreat (3 nights)

Launched during Women’s Wellness Month in March, this retreat takes a holistic approach inspired by Thai Traditional Medicine. The programme focuses on hormonal balance, reproductive health, stress management and overall wellbeing through treatments, movement sessions and relaxation practices.

The retreat is designed for women experiencing fatigue, stress, hormonal changes or sleep disruptions, as well as those seeking time to rest and reconnect with their wellbeing.

Retreat experience

Guests participating in the retreats can stay together and join shared workshops while following personalised wellness programmes tailored to their individual needs.

The retreats include a combination of health consultations, wellness therapies, nutrition guidance and movement-based activities.

Prices for the all-inclusive retreat programmes start from USD 1,000 per person per night, based on double occupancy.

For bookings or further information, guests can contact Layan Life directly by phone, email, or on the official website.
