IHCL Partners with Omaxe to Launch Gateway Hotel in Dwarka, New Delhi

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a Gateway hotel in Dwarka, New Delhi. The greenfield project will introduce the Gateway brand to the capital and will be located within The Omaxe State, a sports and commercial hub in Sector 19B, Dwarka.

Its strategic location near India’s largest convention centre and the upcoming international cricket stadium will drive significant demand for quality hospitality services. We are delighted to partner with Omaxe Limited for this project.”

The 158-key hotel will form part of The Omaxe State, spread over 50 acres, offering retail, dining, entertainment, lifestyle spaces, and sports facilities. These include an ICC and FIFA-standard multi-sports stadium with a capacity of over 30,000 spectators and an indoor stadium accommodating 2,000 spectators.

The hotel will feature an all-day diner, speciality restaurant, bar, spa, fitness centre, and swimming pool. It will also offer over 25,800 sq. ft. of banqueting space for conferences and events. A Member’s Club with sports facilities, dining spaces, and curated experiences will further complement the property.

Developed with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) under a public-private partnership model, the Omaxe State is scheduled for completion by 2027, bringing sports infrastructure and lifestyle facilities to Dwarka.
