IHCL Receives Best Audit Committee Award 2024–25 at Asia Business Responsibility Summit

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has been conferred the Best Audit Committee Award 2024–25 at the Asia Business Responsibility Summit. The recognition was presented by the Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability.

The award reflects IHCL’s focus on financial oversight, risk management practices, transparency, and the protection of shareholder and stakeholder interests. The selection was made by a jury chaired by Sanjiv Mehta, Chairman of the Summit and Awards Committee, and the award was presented by Paul Polman, former Global CEO of Unilever and Founder of IMAGINE, UK.

The Asia Business Responsibility Summit convenes organizations working towards responsible business practices across the region. Since 2006, the Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability has recognised companies, industry professionals, and board members for their contributions to corporate governance and sustainable development.
