IHCL Signs Taj Hotel and Taj Residences in Noida

TAJ MAHAL, NEW DELHI UNVEILS EXCLUSIVE LUXURY RESIDENCES FOR GUESTS

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a Taj hotel along with Taj-branded residences in Noida. This greenfield development, signed under a management contract, will integrate branded residences within the hotel complex.

Ms. Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, stated that Noida and Greater Noida are experiencing significant change driven by new infrastructure projects and the upcoming airport. She noted that the signing aligns with IHCL’s plan to strengthen its presence in key markets across India. She added that the development will cater to discerning guests and homeowners, offering a hotel experience and residences managed by a trusted brand. IHCL is partnering with Gulshan Group for this project.

Located along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, the project will include 150 guest rooms and 74 branded residences. The hotel will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, and two speciality restaurants. Event facilities will consist of a ballroom of over 8,000 sq. ft., pre-function space, and flexible meeting rooms. Recreational amenities will include a swimming pool, gym, health club, and Taj’s J Wellness Circle.

The Taj-branded residences will offer homes measuring 7,500 sq. ft. each, along with access to a Residents’ Club featuring terraced gardens, a play area, a lounge, sports facilities, and an infinity swimming pool.

Mr. Gulshan Nagpal, Chairman of Gulshan Group, shared that the partnership with IHCL brings the Taj brand to Noida. Ms. Yukti Nagpal, Director of Gulshan Group, added that the project aims to combine elements of hospitality with large-scale real estate to create a notable development for the region.

Noida, part of the National Capital Region, continues to grow as a centre for modern infrastructure and corporate activity. With this signing, IHCL’s portfolio in Noida and Greater Noida will include five hotels, with one currently under development.
