Holy Hotels Introduces AI-Driven Guest Experience Platform for Contactless Stays in India
Holy Hotels has strengthened its technology infrastructure by introducing an artificial intelligence (AI)–led guest experience framework across its partner hotel network in India. The upgrade aims to support contactless stays while providing hotel partners with tools to manage pricing, operations, and guest engagement through a single digital ecosystem.
The new framework connects multiple aspects of the guest journey—from bookings and digital check-ins to pricing management and guest communication—into a single platform. Guests can now use mobile-enabled services to complete check-in and check-out, reducing the need to wait at the front desk. The system also supports real-time room availability updates, booking confirmations, and digital key integrations to streamline the stay experience.
Smart room features have also been integrated to support both guest convenience and operational management. Through digital interfaces, guests can request services, schedule amenities in advance, and adjust in-room settings such as lighting and temperature. The platform also analyzes booking history, stay preferences, feedback, and spending patterns to help hotels better understand guest needs and improve service delivery.
Commenting on the development, Deepak Chabbra, Founder of Holy Hotels, said: “Technology is becoming central to how hotels operate and interact with guests. Our AI-led framework is designed to make hotel stays more efficient and personalized while giving partners tools to manage pricing and operations more effectively. By combining predictive pricing with contactless guest services, we aim to support hotels as they adapt to changing expectations in the hospitality sector.”
The platform also includes multilingual and multi-currency support, allowing guests to search and book accommodation in their preferred language and currency. This feature is intended to improve accessibility for both domestic and international travellers.

Looking ahead, Holy Hotels plans to continue investing in technologies such as AI, automation, and IoT-enabled systems. The company is also exploring solutions related to energy monitoring and smart controls as part of its long-term focus on technology-enabled hospitality operations.
