In 2025, Hilton’s luxury and lifestyle portfolios reached a significant milestone, surpassing 1,000 hotels worldwide. The year reflected steady growth, new collaborations and continued efforts to refine modern luxury experiences. Moving into 2026, Hilton is shaping its next phase around what today’s travellers value most—purposeful experiences, meaningful connections and immersive stays that reflect local culture.

Luxury Highlights: New Openings Planned for 2026
Waldorf Astoria
Waldorf Astoria Rabat Salé (Morocco) – Located in the Mohammed VI Tower with 55 rooms and suites, two specialty restaurants, Peacock Alley, meeting facilities, spa, pool and fitness amenities.
Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch (UK) – Set within a restored landmark overlooking The Mall, offering 100 rooms and branded residences, with culinary concepts led by Clare Smyth MBE and Daniel Boulud.
Waldorf Astoria Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) – The brand’s entry into Malaysia with 272 suites, dining venues including Peacock Alley, and extensive event space.
Conrad Hotels & Resorts
Conrad Athens The Ilisian (Greece) – Featuring 307 rooms, suites and residences along with nine dining and bar options including the Galaxy Dispensary and Galaxy Supper Club.
Conrad Corfu (Greece) – A beachfront property with private-pool accommodations, spa, three restaurants and art inspired by Corfu’s heritage.
Conrad Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) – Located in the Golden Triangle with 481 rooms, five dining options, event venues, spa and indoor pool.
Conrad Nagoya (Japan) – Featuring 170 rooms within a mixed-use development, with interiors reflecting local craftsmanship.
Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley (Saudi Arabia) – Positioned in a key urban development with 170 rooms, dining venues, spa and meeting spaces.

LXR Hotels & Resorts
The Den Bengaluru, LXR Hotels & Resorts (India) – Located in Bengaluru’s Whitefield district, blending contemporary design with localized experiences.
NoMad
NoMad Singapore – The brand’s debut in Asia Pacific, bringing a blend of design, dining, and cultural programming to Orchard Road.
Signia by Hilton
Signia by Hilton Tainan (Taiwan) – Scheduled to open in July 2026 with 344 rooms, multiple dining options, spa, fitness center, pool and extensive meeting facilities.
Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort (Florida, USA) – Rebranding of an established resort following a renovation of public spaces, pool deck, beach club and dining areas.
Signia by Hilton Indianapolis (USA) – Expected to become the city’s tallest hotel, featuring seven dining concepts, a sky bar, a pool, wellness-focused rooms and large-scale meeting space.

Lifestyle Highlights: Growth Across Curio Collection and Tapestry Collection

Hilton’s lifestyle category continues to expand across global markets. In 2026, more than 60 lifestyle hotels are anticipated to open, adding new design-forward properties across key destinations.

The Monarch San Antonio (Texas, USA) – Featuring greenery-forward design, local culinary concepts and 200 guestrooms.
Slohh by Roach Bengaluru (India) – Blends urban aesthetics with the atmosphere of a Malnad coffee estate.
Xi Zhe Wuxi (China) – Reflects regional history and cultural heritage through design and dining.
Palacio Bellas Artes San Sebastian (Spain) – A restored 1914 Beaux-Arts cinema with 81 rooms, dining and lobby bar.
Kasteel Gemert Eindhoven (Netherlands) – A 14th-century castle reimagined with modern design, restaurants, spa and indoor pool.
Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Maui Seaside Hotel (Hawaii, USA) – Positioned along Kahului Harbor with access to local cultural and natural attractions.
Perla La Paz (Mexico) – Set in a restored mid-century building with refreshed guestrooms, terraces, dining and rooftop pool.
NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An (Vietnam) – Located along the Coco River with multiple dining venues, spa and outdoor pool.
Branded Residential by Hilton

Hilton’s residential portfolio continued to expand in 2025 with 39 operating properties and 40 more in development across major global markets. Notable developments included strong sales performance at Waldorf Astoria Residences St. Petersburg and Waldorf Astoria Residences Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.
