Hilton Signs AMARIS Grace Bay for LXR Hotels & Resorts in Turks and Caicos

Hilton has announced the signing of AMARIS Grace Bay to its LXR Hotels & Resorts portfolio. The resort and branded residential development is scheduled to open in 2028 on Grace Bay Beach in the Turks and Caicos. SEFAMM (TCI) Ltd owns the property.

Located along the shores of Grace Bay, AMARIS Grace Bay is planned as a mixed-use development featuring 170 guest rooms and suites, as well as one- to four-bedroom branded residences. Each accommodation is designed to offer bay views, combining contemporary Caribbean influences with modern architectural elements.

Design rooted in place

The resort’s design draws on the surrounding landscape, using natural materials such as woven textiles and wood finishes to create a seamless transition between indoor spaces and the coastal environment. Interiors are planned to balance clean lines with warm textures, reflecting the character of Grace Bay.
