Diksha Prasad Appointed as Front Office Manager at Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa

Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Diksha Prasad as its new Front Office Manager.

Diksha brings over a decade of experience in front office management, pre-opening hotel operations, and guest services. She holds extensive expertise in pre-opening hotel operations, developing and implementing Front Office SOPs, guest relations, team leadership & recruitment, and Property Management System (PMS).

Diksha has worked with renowned hospitality brands, including Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, and Taj Hotels.

In her new role, Diksha will oversee all front office operations at the resort, including guest check-in & check-out procedures, VIP and Hilton Honors member services, pre-arrival communication, upselling initiatives, and adherence to Hilton’s brand and safety standards.
