Hilton Cares Scholarship Program Supports Global Learning and Career Development

Hilton has launched the Hilton Cares Scholarship Program for the 2025–2026 academic year, in collaboration with the Hilton Global Foundation and Scholarship America. The initiative aims to support the educational and professional development of both Hilton team members and individuals from surrounding communities.

This year, scholarships have been awarded to 63 community members and 27 Hilton team members. Each selected recipient will receive up to $5,000 USD to help cover education-related expenses, including tuition, fees, books, and required supplies.

Open to all Hilton team members globally, as well as high school seniors, graduates, and college or graduate students, Hilton Cares was created to encourage a range of learning pathways. While the program welcomes those interested in hospitality, recipients are not required to study hospitality-related subjects. Eligible programs include post-secondary, undergraduate, graduate, or professional studies at accredited two- or four-year colleges, universities, vocational-technical schools, or CEGEP institutions.

The scholarship supports both traditional and non-traditional learners from various backgrounds and geographies. Recipients include a first-generation college student studying agricultural communications in the United States, an MBA candidate in China focused on brand management, and a group and events sales manager in Türkiye seeking to apply AI to event planning.

Hilton Cares aligns with the company’s broader efforts to foster access to learning and professional growth for team members and communities in nearly 140 countries and territories.
