Holiday Inn Express Kathmandu Naxal has announced the appointment of Vara Prasad as its new General Manager.

Vara holds over more than 18 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with operational knowledge and skills in developing high-performing teams.

Throughout his career, Vara has demonstrated skills in managing hotel operations, delivering elevated guest experiences, and optimizing revenue performance.

His leadership style combines a deep focus on both internal and external stakeholders, team empowerment, and brand excellence.

Vara was most recently appointed as Director of Operations at Fairfield by Marriott, Ahmedabad. His leadership saw significant improvements in revenue, guest engagement, and profit margins.

As the newly appointed General Manager of Holiday Inn Express Kathmandu Naxal, Vara will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring guest comfort and safety, maximizing financial performance, strengthening the hotel’s presence in the local market, and leading his team.

His expertise spans revenue generation, operations management, marketing, compliance, and employee development.
