Hilton and Calm Launch New Sleep Story with Paige DeSorbo at Waldorf Astoria New York

Hilton and Calm have partnered to launch a new initiative designed to enhance guest relaxation. This collaboration includes a Calm Sleep Story narrated by fashion and lifestyle creator Paige DeSorbo. Titled “Sweet Dreams at Waldorf Astoria New York,” this is the first Calm Sleep Story ever recorded within a hotel suite.

Narrated by DeSorbo and recorded at the Waldorf Astoria New York, the story guides listeners through a calm, sensory experience inspired by the hotel’s Art Deco design. It follows a journey from arrival on Park Avenue to settling in for the night, encouraging listeners to unwind and rest.

DeSorbo, founder of the loungewear brand Daphne, shared that the recording experience aligned with her personal focus on rest and evening routines. Her involvement connects with Hilton and Calm’s shared goal of integrating moments of relaxation into the travel experience.

Hilton’s recent global research shows that “rest and recharge” is the leading reason for leisure travel in 2026, reflecting a growing interest in wellness-focused stays. The launch of the Sleep Story supports Hilton’s broader partnership with Calm, which brings meditations, soundscapes, and sleep content directly to in-room TVs through Hilton’s streaming platform. Guests can access these tools without a subscription.

Waldorf Astoria New York, renowned for its enduring presence in the city’s cultural landscape, has recently completed an extensive restoration that preserves its original architectural character while introducing updated interiors. Through this collaboration, Hilton and Calm aim to offer guests accessible, evidence-based tools to relax and reset during their stay.
