Grand Mercure Mysore and ibis Styles Mysuru appoint Manali Gupta as Cluster General Manager

Grand Mercure Mysore and ibis Styles Mysuru have announced the appointment of Manali Gupta as Cluster General Manager, effective 26 May 2026.

Gupta brings over 18 years of experience in the hospitality sector, with a background spanning luxury hotel operations, guest experience, and team leadership. In her new role, she will oversee the strategic and operational functions of both properties, with a focus on operational alignment and market positioning.

Gupta began her career with The Leela through its Management Training Program, following her industrial training with the brand. Over the years, she has held roles across multiple hospitality groups, including Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Accor, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. She has also had an international assignment with an Accor property in Dubai.

Prior to this appointment, Gupta was associated with Raffles Udaipur as Director of Operations. Her experience includes a focus on Rooms Division and overall hotel operations, with responsibilities covering service delivery, team management, and business performance.

In 2022, she received a Hotelier Award during her tenure as Director of Rooms, in recognition of her work in hotel operations and guest service.

In her current role, Gupta will lead both hotels’ operational and strategic initiatives, supporting their positioning within the Mysuru hospitality market.
