Grand Hyatt Amman Appoints Ursula Chidiac as General Manager

Grand Hyatt Amman has announced the appointment of Ursula Chidiac as General Manager.

Ursula brings over two decades of leadership experience across the Middle East and Africa, with a background in hotel operations, commercial strategy, and pre-opening projects. Most recently, she led the pre-opening of Hyatt Regency Lagos Ikeja and earlier served as General Manager at Hyatt Regency Algiers, where she became the first female General Manager for the brand in Algeria.

In her new role, she will oversee all aspects of operations at Grand Hyatt Amman, with a focus on enhancing guest experience, strengthening the hotel’s market position, and driving consistent business performance.

Her appointment reflects continued leadership development within Hyatt Hotels Corporation as the brand advances its presence across key regional markets.
