Gordonia Hotels Signs Management Deal for Migdal Arbel Retreat in Northern Israel

Gordonia Hotels has announced Gordonia Migdal Arbel, a new hospitality project planned for the historic moshava of Migdal in Northern Israel. The property will be developed with an estimated investment of around 120 million ILS and is expected to open in approximately two years.

Set in a location overlooking Mount Arbel and the Sea of Galilee, the hotel will feature 77 rooms designed to reflect the brand’s focus on calm, privacy, and a strong connection to nature.

The project is being developed in collaboration with the Evangelical Zionist movement, led by Dr. Billye Brim, who has been involved in pro-Israel advocacy since 1986 through prayer gatherings, educational initiatives, and organised tours to Israel.

Gordonia Migdal Arbel forms part of Gordonia Hotels’ wider growth strategy in Israel. The brand first became known for its property in Ma’ale HaHamisha and is continuing to expand into new destinations.

Between 2026 and 2027, the chain expects to open additional properties in Zichron Ya’akov and Golan Beach. Looking further ahead, Gordonia plans to develop five more hotels by 2029, with proposed locations including Eilat, Caesarea, Netanya, and Sapir Park.

The land agreement for the Migdal site has been signed for a 25-year term, supporting the hotel’s long-term positioning within the region’s hospitality market.

Gadi Priber, Co-CEO of Gordonia Hotels, said the partnership and location align with the brand’s service approach and nature-based positioning, while supporting the group’s broader expansion across Israel.
