Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club Unveils Exclusive Oceanfront Beach Villa in Florida
Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club has introduced its newest and most exclusive accommodation, The Beach Villa — a private four-bedroom oceanfront residence located within Seaway at The Surf Club, a newly developed residential enclave in Surfside, just minutes from Miami Beach.

Positioned along one of the area’s longest uninterrupted stretches of shoreline, The Beach Villa offers a fully serviced, residential-style retreat with direct access to the ocean—continuing the legacy of The Surf Club as a landmark beachfront destination.
A heritage-led residential enclave

Seaway at The Surf Club is located at the northern edge of the property and comprises a boutique collection of private homes set across two stone buildings. At its centre is a restored 1936 oceanfront structure, formerly known as Seaway Villas, which now houses The Beach Villa.
Recognised as one of Surfside’s earliest oceanfront multi-family properties and designated as historically significant by Miami-Dade County, the building has been carefully preserved to retain its original architectural character while integrating modern design elements.
The adjacent residential towers mark the first residential project by Joseph Dirand, whose design approach draws inspiration from natural coastal forms. The use of Perla stone and soft, sand-toned materials reflects a contemporary interpretation of the surrounding shoreline.
Design and interiors

The interiors of The Beach Villa have been designed by Gabriela Navarro, blending natural textures, soft tones and a mix of vintage and custom furnishings to create a refined yet relaxed coastal aesthetic.
Spanning approximately 5,200 square feet across two levels, the residence is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Expansive living and dining areas open to views of the Atlantic Ocean, while the primary suite features a bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub positioned to overlook the water.
The villa includes three additional guest bedrooms, making it suitable for families or small groups.
Private outdoor living and amenities

Outdoors, the residence features a private oceanfront setting complete with a pool and landscaped gardens designed by Peter Wirtz, known for his work on major European landscapes. A private gated entrance provides direct access to the beach.
Additional features include a fully equipped kitchen, in-residence elevator, laundry room and dedicated underground parking. Guests also benefit from personalised services, including a private chef, butler and housekeeping.
Access to hotel experiences

Guests of The Beach Villa have full access to the amenities of Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, including concierge services, spa facilities, pools and beachfront experiences.
Dining options include the Michelin-starred The Surf Club Restaurant by Thomas Keller, along with Lido Restaurant and the Champagne Bar.
Recognised among The World’s 50 Best Hotels and awarded two Michelin Keys, the hotel continues to expand its luxury offering with this new private residence.
“The vision for The Beach Villa was to create a space that feels like a true home by the ocean; intimate, layered, and quietly refined, introducing natural fibres, soft tones, and a thoughtful mix of vintage and custom pieces to give the residence a sense of character and ease,” says Gabriela Navarro. “Working in harmony with Joseph Dirand’s architecture, the goal was to sit effortlessly within the setting and frame it, allowing the materials and the proximity to the ocean to define the experience. What makes it special is this balance of privacy, design, and the level of service that transforms it into something entirely unique.”
