The Leela Hyderabad Elevates Ayan Bhattacharya as Director of Sales & Marketing and Bharath Soundararajan as Associate Director of Operations

The Leela Hyderabad has announced the elevation of Ayan Bhattacharya as Director of Sales & Marketing and Bharath Soundararajan as Associate Director of Operations.

These leadership changes reflect the hotel’s focus on strengthening its management team and enhancing overall guest experience.

Ayan Bhattacharya- Director of Sales & Marketing

Ayan Bhattacharya brings over 15 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing. His professional background includes associations with The Leela, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, and Accor. In his new role, he will lead the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, partnerships, and brand positioning.

Bharat Soundararajan- Associate Director of Operations

Bharath Soundararajan has been associated with The Leela Hyderabad since its pre-opening phase and has contributed to the hotel’s launch and operations. With more than two decades of experience in hospitality, he has expertise in hotel operations, food and beverage, and team leadership. In his current role, he will oversee hotel operations, with a focus on service delivery and operational efficiency.
