Espire Hospitality and Marriott Sign JW Marriott Resort Project
Marriott Partnership Expands Espire Hospitality Presence in Vrindavan
Espire Hospitality Limited has announced a new agreement with Marriott International to develop a JW Marriott Resort & Spa near Vrindavan. The signing follows the group’s earlier project at Six Senses Fort Barwara and marks a continued focus on expanding its hospitality portfolio.
The project is located near Vrindavan, within driving distance of New Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida. Set across 14 acres, the development is designed to incorporate landscaped surroundings, water features and elements of local culture, alongside a focus on sustainability and sourcing practices.
The resort is expected to open in January 2029 and will include 151 rooms, villas and a Presidential Suite. It is being planned to cater to leisure travellers, corporate stays, conferences, MICE requirements and weddings.
Akhil Arora, CEO and Managing Director of Espire Hospitality Limited, said the collaboration reflects the company’s approach to developing hospitality projects that combine design, cultural context and guest experience.
Gagan Oberoi, CEO of Espire Group, added that the agreement aligns with the group’s broader expansion plans.

The resort will feature multiple dining venues, including an all-day restaurant, a speciality restaurant with alfresco seating and a poolside bar. Wellness facilities will include a spa with therapy rooms, a fitness centre, a salon and recreational areas such as a kids’ club and a water-based activity zone. Additional amenities include an outdoor heated pool and a separate children’s pool.
Event facilities will include a ballroom, a landscaped courtyard and meeting spaces designed for weddings, corporate events and private gatherings.
