Encalm Hospitality Elevates Karthikeyan Kandaswamy as Group Chief Financial Officer

Encalm Hospitality has announced the elevation of Karthikeyan Kandaswamy to the position of Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO), as the company continues to expand its presence across hospitality and airport-services businesses in India.
Kandaswamy has been associated with the organisation since 2022, when he joined as Chief Financial Officer. According to the company, he has been involved in strengthening its financial and operational framework during a period of expansion. His responsibilities included establishing the finance function and implementing an enterprise resource planning system aimed at improving operational efficiency and financial controls.
In his expanded role, Kandaswamy will oversee financial strategy, governance, and capital management across the company’s business verticals.
The elevation comes as Encalm Hospitality continues to scale its operations across airport hospitality and related services. The company has been expanding its presence across airport lounges, wellness facilities, and transit-related services at major Indian airports, including Delhi, Hyderabad and Goa. It has also diversified into segments such as food and beverage retail, inflight kitchens, and hotel operations.

Kandaswamy is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 28 years of experience across sectors including hospitality, energy, infrastructure, and banking. Prior to joining Encalm Hospitality, he has been associated with orgazisations such as Larsen & Toubro, Shell, Standard Chartered, and Rashtriya Ispat Nigam.
