Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport announces leadership appointments in Human Resources and Training

Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport has announced the appointments of Sunanda Sathish as Director of Human Resources and Anusikha Paul as Training Manager, strengthening its focus on people development and associate engagement.

Sunanda Sathish- Appointed as Director of Human Resources

Sunanda Sathish brings over 25 years of experience within Marriott International. Her career reflects extensive exposure to human resources leadership and workplace culture across multiple properties. She began as Human Resources Manager at Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel and JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, and has since held leadership roles at properties including The Westin Hyderabad and Pune.

Her experience spans talent acquisition, associate engagement, and organizational development, with a consistent focus on building people-centric workplace environments. In her new role, she will oversee human resources strategy and initiatives at the hotel.

“I am delighted to join the Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport team,” she said. “Having spent my career within Marriott International, I deeply understand the values and culture that define the brand. I look forward to working closely with the team to foster a workplace where every associate feels valued, empowered and inspired to deliver their best.”

Anusikha Paul- Appointed as Training Manager

Anusikha Paul brings experience across hospitality training, hygiene operations, and learning and development functions. Her career includes roles with international hotel brands, where she contributed to training culture, soft skills development, and employee capability building.

She holds a postgraduate diploma in Training & Development along with a Master of Science in Microbiology. In her new role, she will focus on designing and delivering training programs, supporting talent development, and aligning learning initiatives with operational goals.

“Learning and development is not just about training, it is about unlocking potential and equipping our associates with the skills and confidence to create memorable guest experiences,” she shared. “I look forward to delivering meaningful development programs that nurture talent and support the hotel’s vision of excellence.”
