DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square Appoints Mayank Takkar as Food & Beverage Manager
DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square has appointed Mayank Takkar as Food & Beverage Manager.
Takkar brings over a decade of experience in hospitality, with a focus on food and beverage operations, guest experience, and team leadership. In his new role, he will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining, while supporting service standards and revenue performance.
Prior to joining DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square, he was associated with Hilton Jaipur as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, where he managed multiple dining operations and contributed to guest engagement and operational processes.
His professional experience includes roles with hospitality brands such as Marriott Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, The Westin Gurgaon, Andaz by Hyatt, and Trident Gurgaon, where he gained exposure to food and beverage management and service operations.
Takkar is a graduate in Hotel and Hospitality Management from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Gwalior, and brings experience in food and beverage operations, guest relations, and team development.
Commenting on the appointment, Nitin Pathak, General Manager, DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square, said that Takkar’s experience in food and beverage operations will support the hotel’s service delivery and guest experience.
Mayank Takkar said he looks forward to contributing to the hotel’s dining operations and working with the team to support its growth.
The appointment is part of the hotel’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership team and enhance its food and beverage offerings.
