APPOINTMENT
The Khyber Himalayan Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Chef Dipanshu Bhatia as the new Sous Chef (Western- Brava).

Chef Dipanshu brings over 13 years of culinary experience, having worked across many luxury hotels, international cruise lines, and consultancy projects. He holds expertise in Western and Mediterranean cuisine.
Prior to joining The Khyber Himalayan Resort, he served as Junior Sous Chef (Western & Mediterranean Cuisine) at Taj Dal View, Srinagar, where he managed daily restaurant kitchen operations.

His career journey also includes tenures with Celebrity X Cruises (Miami, Florida), Ramada Hotel (Dubai), The Pride Hotel (Pune), and M-Kitchen by MasterChef Ranveer Brar.
In his new role, Chef Dipanshu will oversee food preparation and quality standards, supervise kitchen operations, and contribute to menu planning and recipe development.
